Ralph Frasier, Jr. was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1996. He is an active member of the North Carolina and U.S. District Court, Eastern and Middle Districts of N.C.; 14th Judicial District Bar-Durham County Bar Association (Board Member); North Carolina Association of Black Lawyers; National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and President of the North Carolina Central University School of Law Alumni Association. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Hampton University and received his J.D. from North Carolina Central University in 1994.
