John Randy Griffin, III is a former Assistant District Attorney in Cumberland and Orange County, and was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1998. He is a member of the N.C. Academy of Trial Lawyers, and a member of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina. He is a member of the 14th Judicial District bar-Durham County Bar Association. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC Chapel Hill. He received his J.D. from North Carolina Central University in 1998. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc. He is a former Assistant District Attorney in the 12th and 15-B Judicial Districts of N.C.
